Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your account and your use of the Style Compass application, operated by Bridgeform Studio LLC. They work alongside the End User License Agreement & SaaS Terms of Service, which covers the license granted to you, rights in the content you upload, service disclaimers, and liability. This document covers accounts, acceptable use, and access.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Style Compass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the application.

Eligibility

Style Compass is an 18+ beta and is not directed to or available for people under 18. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the application.

Alpha Access & Accounts

Style Compass is currently invite-only. Access is granted to individually invited testers and is tied to the specific Google account, or email address, that accepted the invitation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your account.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
• Use one account per person.
• Notify us at support@stylecompass.studio if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Because this is an alpha product, features, availability, and the allowlist itself may change or be withdrawn at any time, including a member’s access being suspended or removed by the operator.

Acceptable Use

While using Style Compass, you agree not to:

• Upload photos or other content you do not have the right to upload, including identifiable photos of other people without their consent.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to bypass the allowlist, rate limits, or other access controls.
• Use the photo-analysis, styling, or Ask features to generate content unrelated to your own wardrobe or styling.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the application or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with another member’s use of the application.

Third-Party Services

Style Compass integrates with third-party services you choose to connect, including Google (sign-in and, separately, Google Drive) and Dropbox for wardrobe photo storage, and Google Gemini for photo analysis and styling. Your use of those services through Style Compass is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The Style Compass application, including its design system, logos, and brand identifiers, is the property of Bridgeform Studio LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these assets without written authorization. This does not affect your ownership of content you upload, which is addressed in the End User License Agreement.

Termination

You may stop using Style Compass and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, misuse of the application, or as part of managing alpha access.

Disclaimers

Style Compass is provided on an “as is” basis during this alpha period, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. See the End User License Agreement for the full disclaimer and limitation of liability that apply to your use of the application.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising from these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as Style Compass evolves, including ahead of any future paid features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
