End User License Agreement & SaaS Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

This End User License Agreement and SaaS Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the “User”) and the operating entity, governing your access to and use of the Style Compass application.

1. Operating Entity

The Style Compass application, including all associated software, features, and digital services, is owned and operated by Bridgeform Studio LLC. All references to “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” within this Agreement refer specifically to Bridgeform Studio LLC.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Bridgeform Studio LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Style Compass software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for your personal, non-commercial use. Style Compass is currently provided as a free consumer Progressive Web App (PWA). This license does not grant you any rights to the source code or the right to sublicense the application.

3. Eligibility & User-Generated Content

Style Compass is an 18+ beta. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the application.

Users may upload photographs, wardrobe data, and other materials (“User-Generated Content”) to Style Compass.

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload.
  • Usage License: By uploading content, you grant Bridgeform Studio LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the styling services and features of the application to you.
  • Responsibility: You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions for all content you upload.

4. Privacy & Zero Data-Mining Guarantee

Bridgeform Studio LLC is committed to the highest standards of user privacy.

  • Zero Data-Mining: We strictly guarantee that we do not engage in data-mining. Your personal data and uploaded images are never sold to third parties or used for external advertising profiles.
  • Data Usage: We process data to provide and improve your individual Style Compass experience. Where a feature uses a third-party provider, its processing is described in our Privacy Policy and is subject to that provider's applicable terms.

5. Weather & Automated Curation Disclaimers

Style Compass provides automated outfit suggestions and wardrobe curation based on external data points.

  • Weather Data: Weather information provided within the app is sourced from third-party providers. Bridgeform Studio LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather forecasts.
  • Curation: Automated curation is intended for inspirational purposes only. Bridgeform Studio LLC is not responsible for any decisions made based on automated suggestions, including but not limited to discomfort or physical harm resulting from clothing choices made based on app recommendations.

6. PWA/Offline Capabilities

Style Compass is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA).

  • Connectivity: While the app utilizes service workers to provide certain offline capabilities, full functionality—including synchronization and advanced curation—requires an active internet connection.
  • Performance: Performance may vary based on your browser’s support for PWA standards and your device’s available storage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridgeform Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of Style Compass.

8. Terms Evolution & Feature Update

New feature deployments or service enhancements within Style Compass will trigger corresponding updates to this Agreement. Future premium options will introduce updated terms prior to launch.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For assistance, contact support@stylecompass.studio.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Acknowledgement

By using Style Compass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
